Dutchman Ridge is a 2-Phase, 46-Lot single-family residential subdivision located to the east of Chehalem Dr. and to the south of NE North Valley Rd. in Newberg, OR. Homes in Phase 1 of Dutchman Ridge are selling fast. Home construction within Phase 2 of Dutchman Ridge is presently underway.

KING'S LANDING

4-Phases: 76-Lots

King's Landing is a 4-phase, 76-Lot single-family residential subdivision located to the east of Chehalem Dr. and to the south of NE North Valley Rd. in Newberg, OR. All public infrastructure construction has been completed. Homes in Phase 1 of King's Landing have sold out. Home construction within Phase 2, 3 and 4 is scheduled to begin in early 2021.

3 Phases: 130-Lots

Riverrun is a 3-Phase, 130-Lot Residential Subdivision, located west of College St. and north and south of Weatherly Way in Newberg, OR. The Riverrun Subdivision is located just north of the Willamette River, includes several large, open space tracts and borders an expansive forest to the north. Home construction in Phase 1 and 2 is presently underway.
