RIVERRUN

Riverrun is a 3-Phase, 130-Lot Residential Subdivision, located west of College St. and north and south of Weatherly Way in Newberg, OR. The Riverrun development is located just north of the Willamette River, and includes several large, open space tracts and borders an expansive forest to the north. Home construction in Phase 1 and 2 is scheduled to begin in the late summer of 2020.

Riverlands is an 18-Lot Residential Subdivision located east of S. River St. and south of E. 12th St. just north of the Willamette River within the Riverfront Front District of Newberg, OR. The Riverlands Subdivision has received Planned Unit Development approval. Final design of public improvements is currently underway. been annexed into the City of Newberg, and has received approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Residential/Riverfront District. This development is now undergoing a Planned Unit Development land use application review.
